Mesosome is formed by  extension of plasma membrane into the cell.

Mesosome is a special membranous structure.

Extension of plasma membrane are in the form of vesicles, tubules,lamellae.

Bacterial flagella composed of three parts- 

Filament,
Hook,
Basal body

Ribosomes- they are about 15 nm by 20 nm in size and made up of two sub units-
50s 
30s
Together form 70s.

Ribosome are the site of protein synthesis.

Several ribosomes may attach to a single mRNA and form a chain called polyribosome or polysome..
